Hi! My name is Necia Sophia Emery. I was born and raised in Utah. I grew up in Park City and attended Park City High School. Ever since I can remember I have been intrigued by health and fitness. I grew up in the mountains so, as you can imagine I'm kind of obsessed with the outdoors! I absolutely love hiking, biking, swimming, running, fishing, camping and my dog :) I grew up with healthy active parents. My mom is a marathon runner and father is a gym fanatic! I guess that’s where I get all my craziness :) I’m also a HUGE health nut! That’s right I’m kind of granola but all in MODERATION! That’s my motto! Which means, chocolate every now and then. YES, CHOCOLATE FOLKS :) I would say I eat healthy 5 out of 7 days a week :) I definitely understand we all need to LIVE A LITTLE, actually a lot! I’ve had a fitness drive in my body since the day I was born! I’m a very competitive and energetic person when it comes to health and fitness. I love the sense of accomplishment. To me it’s the most AMAZING feeling in the world! It’s what keeps me motivated and more importantly, HAPPY! I love the quote, “you train your best when you’re the happiest.” I love helping people achieve this same feeling! I recently received my NASM certification along with my CPR & AED. I’m currently working on my sports medicine and holistic nutrition degree!!!!! WHEW! BUSY! BUSY! I’ve been training clients at all levels for the past four years. My sister and I are currently working on opening up our own personal training facility. We are going to have group fitness classes for EVERY LEVEL! We are an awesome team and look forward to having our own facility that’s totally fun and convenient for everyone. :) We will hold boot camps, strength training, cardio, and a crazy, fun, and sexy dance classes. BOTTOM LINE…. KILLER WORKOUTS! GET READY!
